For a Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling city center. Finding a parking spot was a breeze as there was ample public parking available. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. We especially loved the peaceful balcony that allowed us to enjoy a quiet morning coffee. having a market just a few minutes away made it convenient to purchase anything we needed.
Although the hotel had its charm, there were a few drawbacks. The bathroom in our family room was quite old and had issues with mold and drainage.

I stayed in a hotel whose points of interest were conveniently 2.4 km away and had a terrace. Wow, what more could a posh lady like me ask for?
Oh, just a small request to have a bathroom that doesn't make me feel like I'm in a steam room. How delightful!

During my recent travel to Plovdiv, I had the opportunity to stay at Venis House. Although my stay was brief, I found two features of the hotel to be quite convenient. It is only 14 kilometers away from the nearest airport, ensuring a hassle-free journey. the hotel is also conveniently situated just 1.5 kilometers away from the center of Plovdiv, allowing for easy exploration of the city.
I must mention one minor issue that I encountered during my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to my expectations.

The rooms at Venis House are fantastic! I stayed in a double room with soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, which made my stay extremely comfortable. The kitchenette with a microwave was a great addition, allowing me to easily prepare my own meals. Plus, having a seating area and a balcony in certain rooms was a nice touch. As someone with physical handicaps, these amenities really made me feel at home.
The only downside for me was the tile/marble floor in the triple room. It wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but I understand that it may still suit other guests' preferences.
